The Relay Newsletter is sent out electronically twice a year, featuring highlights of our team members, programs, and initiatives. It keeps our supporters informed about new initiatives that Relay is launching or leading and encourages our local community to get involved.
FINANCIAL LITERACY MONTH
Financial Literacy Month takes place every April. Relay partners with local schools to teach students the importance of financial literacy. We also host various in-person and virtual workshops and events to highlight the significance of financial literacy for students, individuals, and families.
FINLIT SUMMIT
MY FINANCIAL PILOT
The Relay Family Financial Literacy Summit equips individuals and families with key financial skills through interactive workshops, expert guidance, and hands-on activities. Designed for all ages, the Summit covers money management, savings, and making informed decisions throughout the year leading up to the Summit Relay; it hosts "micro sessions" from December to August, offering ongoing financial insights in a relaxed setting. Journaling and setting goals isn't a new concept but financial journaling although not as popular in the genre of journals is now ready to have its own platform of importance!
